Pandoo’s Family Restaurant makes all efforts to ensure that the information contained in this web site is accurate and reliable. Pandoo’s are not infallible and errors may sometimes occur. You should take appropriate steps to verify all information on this site before acting upon it. Pandoo’s from time to time may revise the information contained in this site and reserves the right to make such changes without any obligation to notify.

By entering this web site, you acknowledge and agree that the use of this site is at your own risk and  Pandoo’s will not be held liable for any direct, indirect circumstances, including negligence, or punitive damages, losses, costs or expenses nor for any loss of profit that results from the use of, or inability to use this site. Including viruses or any other errors or defects or failures in computer transmissions In addition, no liability can be accepted by us in respect of any changes made to the content of this site by unauthorised third parties.

Payment 

We accept the following forms of payment for On- line orders: 

Credit / Charge cards: Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Debit Cards, such as Delta or Switch are accepted. Payment by cheque you will not be accepted

Upon submitting your order details, you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have specified in your order form. We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary. 

Any refund will be credited to your account within 7 - 10 working days. 

Ordering & Cancellation of orders 

Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full. If someone else made the Booking on your behalf, you agree that such person acted as your agent. 

Changes to the order or delivery time can be made no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the delivery time booked. 

You can make changes to the content of your order up to 30 minutes before the delivery time booked. Changes to your order can only be made by phoning the shop directly. The delivery time may be altered as a result of the changes to your order. 

Orders may be cancelled in full up to 30 minutes before the start of the delivery time selected. Refunds will be issued to your credit card account within 7-10 working days. 

Any cancellations within 30 minutes start of the delivery time selected will be charged in full. 

Products 

Although every care is taken, some products may contain nuts. Desserts and ice creams may contain traces of nuts.

Although great care has been taken to remove all bones, spicy chicken crisps, chicken fillet burgers, pitas, wraps and steaks may contain traces of bone.

Minimum order value applies.  

Delivery times and charges

Our goal is to provide the best food delivery service time. Unfortunately things don't always go to plan and factors, such as, weather, staff illness and traffic occasionally prevents us from achieving this.

There is a Minimum Order Value (MOV) for free delivery which applies to all orders and the value increases as the distance from the shop increases. On orders below Minimum Order Value, there will be a delivery charge.   

Latest Order Time

We will not accept orders for either delivery or collection less than 20 minutes before the stated closing time. We advise customers who are collecting their orders that we will be unable to serve them should you not arrive at the shop prior to closing time. Please call the shop and speak to duty manager should you have any questions.
